X, Los Lobos & Ozomatli at Pacific Amphitheatre

99 Years of Rock N' Roll 2025

Come On, Let’s Go! To the best show of the summer happening right here in Costa Mesa! Pacific Amphitheatre, located right in the heart of Orange County and one of the best and most eclectic venues for experiencing live music just outside of Los Angeles, is so excited to welcome X, the Los Lobos Boys, and Ozomatli to the stage for a night of good vibes and to celebrate 99 Years Of Rock N' Roll! This show is a one night only event - and while each of the bands is doing tours here and there across the country, you won’t be able to catch them under one roof anywhere but right here this summer.

Each of the bands brings their own unique blend of rock and roll history to the stage and is guaranteed to bring the house down when they perform here on August 3rd. Read below to hear more about each of the crews!

X

X hopped on the scene back in 1977 and formed right here over in Los Angeles. And with eight albums and a recent madly successful farewell tour that just rounded up not too long ago, the band’s appearance at the top of the bill comes as a welcomed surprise after the world thought they may not perform with each other again anytime soon. Their genre is generally considered punk rock and sleaze, sure, but their lyrical content is absolutely poetic - and they feel like what you get when you try to make a Country band in a major West Coast metropolis. And though they only found faltering mainstream success, their influence on folk rock and Americana is widely seen as a crucial addition to the progress of the genre. Their magnum opus album, Los Angeles, has been ranked by Rolling Stone as one of the greatest albums of all time.

Los Lobos

Los Lobos is the Chicano Rock and Roll band formed in Los Angeles that has iconic hits in their discography like La Bamba and Donna, which both topped the Billboard Hot 100 when they came out in the early 90s. They then went on to join the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, win four GRAMMYs, and made the theme song for the early 2000s kids show Handy Manny. Their career spans over fifty years and still sees the crew selling out shows to this day.

Ozomatli 

The Ozomatli’s formed in the mid 90s in L.A. and are known for their eclectic vocal harmonies and their fusion of salsa, jazz, funk, and rock into simple melodies that can make anyone dance. They have released seven albums, and are well known for their activist endeavours coupled with all of their live shows. Their politically conscious lyrics has won them GRAMMYs and Latin GRAMMYs across their career, and they have toured with legends like comedian Gabriel Iglesias’ and Santana.
